We want to establish and assist emerging farming projects to operate and work together, actively farming and providing top-class products on the shelves of all major food retailers in South Africa, positively impacting food security and human life -  farming for the nation, farming forever.

Objectives

• To improve the quality of life of local and farming communities through training and skills acquisition and assisting them to increase their income to establish a quality life for their families.
• To deliver turn-key farming projects - from initial planning and securing of funding up to implementation, training and execution, secured off-take agreements, training and continuous mentoring and coaching - turn-key - from ground to mouth.
• To empower emerging and commercial farmers to manage their enterprises in a sustainable manner.
• To direct training at grass roots level through structured skills and accredited training programs.
• Secure off-take agreements for all farming projects prior to implementation and ensuring continuous marketing and off-takes of produce.
• To enhance the economic status of farming communities.
• To create self reliance and reduce unemployment and poverty.
• To promote entrepreneurial skills of the farming community.

Over the next decade, Dicla Training and Projects will change the lives of thousands of farmers and farm workers collectively, improving human lives on farms, communities and privately owned land by training farmers and farm workers the essential skills to become excellent farmers and delivering high quality food products to retail stores, collectively making an impact on providing food security in South Africa.
